At Omdev Fashion, we strive to ensure you receive the right fit. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size-related issues.

If the size you ordered does not fit, you may request a size exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The requested size is subject to availability.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

To request a size exchange, please email Omdevfabric@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • The size received

  • The size you would like to exchange for

Once your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Delivery

  • After the exchanged item is dispatched, it will typically be delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products.

Orders cannot be returned for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Color preference

  • Style preference

  • Any reason other than a genuine size issue
