1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked "Final Sale" or personalized/custom-made products.
Used, washed, or damaged items unless they arrived defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, initiate an exchange request at support@omdevfashion.in.
Exchange delivery will be done within 3-5 business days .
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
